Hi, I'm a Software Developer in Test and currently working as a Asst. Project Leader (Programming. Having spent about 8 years in Test Automation with various commercial and open source tools, this blog shares my experience on the topic of Technical QA and Testing.

§ Expertise in Regression Testing, Integration Testing, Browser Compatibility Testing, BAT, UAT, GUI, Back-end testing (Database testing).

§ Experience in Quality Assurance & Testing phases including Unit Testing, Integration Testing (Full Regression), System Testing (End-to-End) and Deployment Readiness Test.

§ Experience in software development life cycle process (SDLC) and Agile Methodology from Requirements and Business Analysis, Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Design, Test Execution and Defect Reporting.

§ Diversified experience in implementing Test Scenarios, Test Plans and Test Cases.

§ Ability to interact with developers and Business analysts regarding testing status and maintain detailed QA documentation.

§ Hands-on with setting-up test environment for a new web application using TFS Lab Environment.

§ Ability to deploy & configure new test agents and controllers and test run settings using MTM Lab environment.

§ Hands-on knowledge with automation testing tools like TestComplete, Microsoft Testing Tools-CodedUI and Selenium.

§ Hands-on experience in using TFS, MTM, Release Management Studio.

§ Actively involved in automation framework implementation.
